Singapore is a food capital of Asia, which serves as the perfect base for Deliciae Hospitality Management (DHM). Déliciae Hospitality Management (DHM) was founded in 2010 by Olivier Bendel. The group’s passion for presenting authentic European food experiences to the Singapore restaurant scene led to the opening of five restaurants, all situated at iconic destinations across Singapore: L’Entrecôte The Steak & Fries Bistro at the quaint neighbourhood of Duxton Hill and Marina Bay waterfront at Customs House; Sabio by the Sea overlooking the sea at the picturesque Quayside Isle, Sentosa Cove; BTM Mussels & Bar amongst the historical shophouses of Duxton Hill; and Riviera Forlino perched above Singapore’s Merlion with breathtaking views of the Marina Bay skyline.
