Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues
Help maintain customer records and update account information
Contribute to the development of customer service protocols and best practices
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
Support the creation of FAQs and other customer resources
Who You Are
Pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Basic understanding of customer service principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software quickly
Nice To Haves
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
