Internship Description
Join Capitalia’s hospitality team and gain hands-on experience in managing short-term rentals. This internship focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of service. Interns will work closely with property managers and the guest experience team to enhance their skills in hospitality management.
Responsibilities
Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
Help manage property listings and ensure accurate, up-to-date information.
Assist in maintaining guest records and managing reservations
Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the guest experience.
Support the implementation of health and safety protocols
Who You Are
Pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Interest in hospitality or property management.
Proficiency in standard computer applications and willingness to learn hotel management software
Nice To Haves
Experience in customer-facing roles in hospitality or retail
Knowledge of a second language
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS)
Interest in sustainable and eco-friendly hospitality practices
