Internship Description
As an HR Intern, you will support our Human Resources team in various aspects of employee management and organizational development. This role offers a comprehensive view of HR functions in a dynamic business environment, allowing you to contribute to initiatives that enhance our workplace culture and employee experience.
Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview coordination
Support onboarding programs for new employees
Help maintain employee records and HR databases
Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities
Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Who You Are
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Nice To Haves
Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS)
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Interest in organizational psychology and employee development
