Internship Description
Join Parakar's HR team and gain hands-on experience in international HR management, focusing on immigration and payroll processes. You'll support day-to-day HR operations, assist with employee documentation, and contribute to our Employer of Record services across 10 countries.
Responsibilities
Assist with HR documentation and employee onboarding.
Support immigration and payroll processes for international employees.
Help maintain employee records and HR databases
Coordinate with various country offices on HR-related tasks.
Participate in HR strategy meetings.
Maintain and update HR databases.
Who You Are
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic understanding of HR and payroll systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Nice To Haves
Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS)
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Interest in organizational psychology and employee development
