Design Pricing Strategies: Collaborate with the team to develop innovative pricing strategies for short-term daily rental villas.- Create Long-Term Stay Pricer: Develop a comprehensive pricing model for long-term villa rentals, ensuring competitive and attractive rates.
- Market Data Collection: Collect and analyze data about the Bali short-term rental market, utilizing web scraping techniques to gather valuable insights.
- Rental Income Projections: Design a robust framework to make accurate rental income projections based on market trends and data analysis.
- Villa Valuation Framework: Develop a systematic approach to determine the value of villas, considering various factors and market conditions.
- Process Automation: Assist in automating key processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operations.
- Profit Calculator Development: Create a profit calculator to provide quick and accurate profit estimates for different rental scenarios.
