Internship Description
As a Receptionist for a hotel in the heart of Aalborg, you will greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer phone calls, manage reservations, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. You will also process payments, maintain accurate records, and resolve guest complaints. Requirements include excellent communication in English (other European languages are a plus), strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Greeting guests and checking them in/out of the hotel.
Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries.
Handling reservations and booking arrangements.
Providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
Resolving guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Who You Are
Excellent communication in English and customer service skills (other European language is a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality may be preferred but not required.
