Internship Description
As a Retail Operations Intern, you will support the Retail Operations team both in daily operational tasks and in the transition to a new POS system.
Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation and transition to a new POS system, ensuring smooth integration an minimal disruption to daily operations.- Support the Retail Operations team in their daily operational tasks (sales transactions reconciliation, stock in transit, stock counts, stock adjustments...)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance and marketing to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
- Provide training and support to store staff on the new POS system and other operational initiatives
- Help develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new processess and systems.
Who You Are
- Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations or similar
- High Level of English is a must, any additional languages are a big plus
- Moderate understanding of Excel, ideally some experience with tools such as Asana, Figma and/or Photoshop
- Experience in a retail store will be considered.
