Internship Description
Boost Portugal is looking for enthusiastic interns to join our dynamic team and support our tourism operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing tours, interacting with guests, and ensuring our tours run smoothly. Interns will gain insights into the tourism industry, develop strategic project skills, and play a direct role in enhancing guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist with managing our shop and tour schedules- Support in the management and maintenance of exhibition vehicles (e.g., bikes, tuk-tuks, segways)
- Assist in creating and preparing tour itineraries
- Participate in vehicle maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep
- Contribute to the strategic development of tour projects
Who You Are
- Passionate about tourism and hospitality
- Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with outdoor activities and interacting with tourists from diverse backgrounds
Nice To Haves
- Additional language skills, particularly Portuguese, Spanish, or French
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or tourism experience
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics (e.g., bicycles or electric vehicles)
- Basic first-aid knowledge or certification
- Experience in event planning or project coordination
